2018 Fred Latham Regatta

Blackbeard Sailing Club and San Juan 21 Fleet 8 cordially invites all San Juan 21 and Blackbeard PHRF and cruising sailboats to attend the 2018 Fred Latham (Memorial) Regatta. This would have been Fred’s 46th year of San Juan 21 “Mad Mama” sailing (or some part being on display) at BSC on each and every New Years day from 1973 to 2018. Come join us in celebrating New Years Day and the formal dedication of the transom of “Mad Mama”.
The regatta format will be a little different from past years- there will be no big lunch, but there will be after-race hotdogs/hamburgers by Chuck Thompson.
