The Social Committee provides activities through out the year. They meet once a year to decide on the activities for the year and then work up a sign up sheet so BSC members can sign up for and activity of interest to them. One particular favorite is the Halloween Party. This past year several beautiful ladies stopped for a moment from their serving duties to have their picture taken for posterity. All activities are a bring your own drink. Sometimes you are asked to bring a dish to pass and sometimes there is a per person charge. The club house provides a tv, a small kitchen and comfortable seating for when you just want to get off the boat for a while. You will always meet someone there to chit chat, talk of serious boating issues or just welcome old friends. For those members who have not signed up to help with an event, there is a sign up sheet on the wall in the club house.
